The Trainees from the Training Course for Uzbekistan on Anti-Monopoly and Regulation of Commodity Exchanges Visited SCMC for Study and Exchange

On the afternoon of August 26, 2024the trainees from the training course for Uzbekistan on anti-Monopoly and regulation of commodity exchanges visited Shanghai Commercial Mediation Center (hereinafter referred to asSCMC) for study and exchange. This training course has a total of 30 trainees, all of whom are experts in the field of competition promotion and consumer protection in Uzbekistan.



Uzbekistan is an important participant and contributor to the joint construction of China’s "Belt and Road" Initiative. The connectivity between China and Uzbekistan is steadily advancing, and the exchanges between the two countries are increasingly close. As Uzbekistan's largest trading partner, China has achieved fruitful cooperation results with Uzbekistan in the economic and trade areas. The head of foreign affairs of SCMC introduced the development process of commercial mediation in China, the basic connotation and unique advantages of commercial mediation, and the practical achievements of SCMC for many years. This event further empowers the exchanges in the field of commercial mediation between China and Uzbekistan. It is also an important initiative to deepen cooperation between SCMC and MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials (Shanghai), and to jointly contribute to  talent training in developing countries, promote friendly relations and economic and trade cooperation between China and developing countries, and inject new impetus to building a community with a shared future for mankind.
