The mediation scope includes disputes between the parties in the fields of trade, investment, finance, securities, intellectual property, technology transfer, real estate, engineering contracting, transportation, insurance, and other commercial and maritime affairs. The disputes mentioned in the preceding paragraph include:

(1) International or foreign-related disputes (including but not limited to disputes between foreign-invested enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises and other legal persons, natural persons and/or economic organizations in China);

(2) Disputes involving the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region and the Taiwan region;

(3) Other commercial and maritime disputes .
