On the afternoon of July 10, Wei ZHANG, Director of Shanghai Commercial Mediation Center (hereinafter referred to as “SCMC”) and David CHEN, Vice President of SCMC, visited the London Branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (hereinafter referred to as “SPDB London Branch”), The two sides carried out comprehensive  communication on how to further implement the "Advance Mediation Mechanism", which reached by Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Services Federation on April 24 this year.
