On December 5, the Supreme People's Court organized a symposium on “one-stop” international commercial diversified dispute resolution mechanism, and promulgated and officially implemented the Notice of the Supreme People's Court on Inclusion of the First Group of International Commercial Arbitration and Mediation Institutions in the “One-stop” Diversified International Commercial Dispute Resolution Mechanism. According to the notice, seven institutions including the Shanghai Commercial Mediation Center became the first group of arbitration and mediation institutions in the “one-stop”  diversified international commercial dispute resolution mechanism.

Luo Dongchuan, vice-president of the Supreme People's Court, pointed out that in order to adapt to the new trend of reform and opening up, to serve and guarantee the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative, the Supreme People's Court established the Chinan International Commercial Court, and strongly supported the development of a diversified dispute resolution mechanism including mediation and arbitration, and improved and promoted the interaction and integration among different dispute resolution mechanisms. To jointly construct an international commercial dispute resolution platform that efficiently integrates mediation, arbitration and litigation by the international commercial mediation, arbitration institutions and , and form a "one-stop" international commercial dispute resolution mechanismThe international commercial mediation agency, the international commercial arbitration institution and the China International Commercial Court, it will greatly enhance the level of China's foreign-related legal services and continue to optimize the rule of law of business environment in China.
